I’m Léane, a freelance illustrator specialising in murals, packaging design, narrative and editorial illustration.
I create vibrant and playful compositions while experimenting with shapes, textures and hand lettering. My love for dynamic bold shapes comes from my interest in fashion and sports. I am drawn to the challenge that comes with restricting my colour palette while creating entangled compositions. The results are, though often unexpected, incredibly satisfying.
I worked with clients such as LUSH Cosmetics and L’Arte Coffeehouse (Bournemouth). My work was exhibited in Poole Lighthouse and TheBUG – AUBSU’s gallery.
I first trained as an interactive media designer at Eikon (Switzerland). This helped me develop an eye for design and my skills in UI and graphic design. I’m currently a 3rd-year illustration student at Arts University Bournemouth (UK)
